My business partner and I just started a company called Premier Candidate. The company is a hybrid of Monster.com (with the ability to post jobs), and Manpower (with the ability to fill temp assignments). I am having difficulty getting getting employers and job seekers to post their resumes on the website. The website is www.premiercandidate.com. We have really good rates for those who want to post jobs. Any ideas?

try to Optimize your website there are many companies which are providing the Services it will help you if any on Google then it will be your company on top
